About-Shipping

GENERAL INFO

Shipping is with USPS/ UPS  (but will use other carriers when needed). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped (Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update).

Processing and Delivery Times

Normal processing is 1 - 2 weeks, unless specifically stated as a pre-order. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, for destinations within the United States. 

Lost Packages

Unfortunately,  I am not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as I have no visibility on your package once it leaves the studio.
